My name is {Your Name}, I invented the {enter your invention here}. Did You Know inventors have lost their Constitutional Rights to Protect a Patent and grow a business In America? That means, if we, as inventors, ever have an idea and want to protect it, we can’t!
We cannot shut down an infringer and keep others from using our patents any more in America. If we can’t shut down infringers, then they have no incentive to even try and work out fair licensing to pay us anymore. It’s much cheaper for infringers to pay for legal fees and long drawn out appeals which last for years, than to pay the actual licensing fees they owe to America’s inventors and small businesses.
